CONSULTATION.
Your occupied home staging consultation will include an initial walk-through (interior and exterior), assessment, and recommendations to prepare for staging.
$299 (up to 2 hours)

OCCUPIED HOME STAGING.
After your initial consultation, we offer hands-on staging where we work with what our clients have in their home to highlight the space, declutter, and make the space more appealing to buyers. Occupied home staging services include:
Suggested upgrades and repairs
Furniture, art, and decor placement for optimal purpose and flow in each room
Organization suggestions
Decor recommendations
Hands-on staging before professional photos to improve your home’s sale value and marketability

HYBRID HOME STAGING.
For clients who would like help with decor and finishing touches beyond what is already in the home, such as art, linens, kitchen accessories, throw pillows, etc. we offer a service to select and purchase these items on behalf of the client. This service includes everything in our “Occupied Home Staging” above, as well as an agreed upon shopping budget to supplement decor.

We help elevate the look and feel of your space by selecting and arranging furniture and decor. We will create a visibly appealing space by focusing on aesthetics to reflect personal style, while maintaining comfort and practicality.
Interior Finishing.
DESIGN FEE.
After the initial consultation, we create a vision plan and proposal for our client’s space, including a digital mood board and 1-3 options to optimize budget.
$200 per room/space
50% of this fee will be applied to your overall project if you decide to move forward. We offer discounted pricing packages for clients with 3+ spaces to design.
INTERIOR DECORATING.
Our favorite part: bringing the vision to life. This will include selecting and purchasing furniture, decor, and accessories based on our client’s selected budget and design, as well as implementation and decorating.
